My favorite bartender said , “Hey man , if you don’t want to feel like crap, just keep drinking”.

Because I was already in a low state of mental health , I was like , “dude, that’s genius”!

So he poured me a double shot and there goes my hangover.

The primary reason why I drank 30 shots a day is because of my anxiety.

Specifically social anxiety.

Because I was a performing artist , so taking 4,5,6,7,8,9 shots before going into a group of people was just standard practice.

But that also became my dependency.

Which also caused anxiety.

Which was solved with more alcohol.

What we don’t realize is we continue consuming a poison which lowers our mental health.

We drink because of our anxiety, but we have anxiety because we drink.

Nobody wants you to know that though, because they need you addicted to the poison.

Otherwise it wouldn’t be a multibillion dollar industry.

I would have drank myself to death anyway.

Getting drunk is simply result of drinking too much poison.

Drink like you care about tomorrow.
