❓You finally went to detox and now you feel amazing! You’re super motivated and you don’t have any urges to drink anymore.

❓Is that just a phase or do you have something to worry about?

✅ Everything is a phase, but that doesn’t mean it’s a problem.

Emotions are a roller coaster and that is a phase.

You’re going to ride your emotions for the rest of your life.

Remember, you feel good in comparison to how bad you felt when you were poisoning yourself with alcohol.

When we lower our mental health for an excessive period with alcohol, we think that just getting back to normality means we’re healthy again.

That’ s just not the truth.

That’s not how it works. Detox has helped you get back to where most people on the planet operate from…

‘Neutral’.

Neutral feels like a carnival cruise.

You’re on vacation.

And a lot of people that struggle with alcoholism see that as a sign that they can start drinking again.

👉 Full circle.

So, what you do for your mental health, your physical health, and spiritual health are going to determine how far into true health and happiness you go.

You’re sober now, but you are practicing sobriety.

Simply not drinking alcohol doesn’t guarantee anything. It just means you’re not poisoning yourself any longer.

The phase that can lasts forever is the one that you use to change nothing. Do all the exact same things… …think all the same thoughts…

…feel all the same feelings, you’re going to get the exact same results.

Needing detox again.

Follow me for the truth and I’ll show you how to drink safe!
